Unlike many sponsoring brokers we don't have a half dozen commission plans with confusing payouts, at Realty United we like to keep it simple with our one and only plan that gives our REALTORS® 100% of their commissions.

We invite all Texas licensed agents to take a look at what we have to offer... We believe that if you do the math you'll find this plan benefits everyone, whether you only have 1 transaction a year or 1000. Our one simple plan is $150 per month which is only $1800 per year and you pay nothing else. If you were to have a single transaction for example paying the typical big box realty company's minimum commission split of 70/30 on a $200,000 sale you wold pay your Broker $1,800. plus E & O insurance plus 12 months of office fees, desk fees, franchise fees, annual fees, tech fees, copying fees etc... (you get it) there are always fees that are most often hidden.

With Realty United there are no hidden fees just the one charge of $150. per month you keep every dollar of your commissions, so let's move forward with you keeping more of the money that you and you alone have earned through your hard work and efforts.

Most agents on average pay $18,000.00 or more... plus the additional office FEES to their broker before they even start earning 100% commission for that calendar year and that's if they even offer a CAP.
